Every summer our family eats about 3 orchards worth of peaches. Not an exaggeration. We buy 4 boxes a week at Costco. Unfortunately, our last trip, the peaches weren’t super ripe. The fam was trying to choke them down, but clearly they weren’t enjoying them. Ever since quarantine began I’ve been cooking a lot, so I decided to try something new and found this Peach Tart recipe on the Food52 blog. It was my first time trying a recipe like this, but it turned out to be a crowd pleaser.
