For as long as I can remember, the question has followed me: “How do I say this?“
In boardrooms, inboxes, and coaching conversations, people turn to me when they need to get something across clearly. I usually have an answer. But outside of work, I often find myself asking the same question–how do I say what I’m thinking, what I’m learning, or what I’m curious about in a way that makes sense to others?

That question has shaped my career. I’ve spent the last 17+ years in recruiting, sales, staffing, and executive search–roles where words matter and clarity builds trust. I went on to lead global learning for a Fortune 500 company, where I learned that scaling people and ideas requires as much storytelling as it does strategy. Today, I run The Talent Loft, a boutique advisory firm helping founder-led and scaling organizations design people systems that turn growth from chaotic to sustainable.
But the story doesn’t start in an office. Before all of this, I was a classically trained singer–learning how to interpret, phrase, and deliver someone else’s words with precision and feeling. That training still influences how I listen and communicate today (though sadly it hasn’t helped my karaoke).
This site is my space to keep asking–and answering–that central question: “How do I say this?” Whether I’m writing about AI, people analytics, or the future of recruiting, the goal is the same: to take what’s complex and make it clear.
